 Changed your mind / Returns

1. All items to be returned must be in fully resalable condition in their original packaging with tamper sticker intact.

2. You have 14 days from receipt of your order in which to make a return.

3. Costs for returns must be covered by the customer. Please email settingshomeware@gmail.com with your order number and a returns address will be provided.

4. We cannot accept liability for any returns lost or damaged in transit, therefore we strongly recommend that when returning items, a recorded delivery service is used at all times and that you please retain your proof of posting.

Faulty / Damaged items

We make every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality and to deliver them to you in perfect condition.

We recommend that you check your order as soon as it is delivered as this helps to avoid any doubt for items damaged in transit. 

If your item does prove to be faulty or damaged you have 14 days in which to alert us. Please email us with your order no to settingshomeware@gmail.com

Disclaimers

Please note, all of our pottery is handcrafted where glazes are applied by hand. As a result of this there may be slight variations in colour when fired and this is part of the beauty and character of our product. Each piece is individual and may vary from the sample image shown online.

Due to the naturally occurring speckle in the clay body speckling may be present in some of our glazes.

We use a natural coloured clay body which, when left unglazed, may have patches of slight dis-colouration. 

Please note that matte/satin finishes are more prone to marking, especially where cutlery with a high nickel content is used.

Glaze colours are displayed as accurately as possible on this site, however they will vary with monitor calibration differences.

FAQ

Are your products safe for microwave/dishwasher use?

Yes – All of our products are suitable to be used in the microwave and dishwasher.

Can your products be used in the oven?

Yes – our products are designed to withstand high temperatures and can be used in the oven.

Are your products chip-resistant?

As with all ceramic products, we are unable to fully guarantee that your product will be chip resistant. However, we do use high quality materials to reduce the risk of chips occurring.
